What Sets Us Apart
We focus on relationships that model partnership, listening, compassion and respect
Children thrive in an environment which values their own unique needs and natural development. Our approach promotes exploration, discovery and learning by focusing on the respectful and responsive relationships between children, adults and their environment.
We focus on relationships because we know that what staff model in relationships – partnership, listening, empathy, cooperation, understanding, flexibility, compassion, communication, respect – is not only what children learn about our world, it is also how they learn about our world.
We build a supportive community for families through primary care relationships, parent education and social interactions. And we draw new people into the field of early education by serving as a site for adult student research, internships, employment and volunteering.
